Today was the cross country, i came in 9th. Not happy considering i came 5th last time :S I guess i deserved it because i was too busy to train properly for the last couple of months :(
Photo and poem by Nina Rhoades. (Those are really my legs btw.)
So, maybe its cheesy, But damn, I’m tired of seeing girls blog about how ugly they are! You have to celebrate what makes you, YOU, that’s what makes you beautiful. Maybe its gorgeous posture from years of dance or horseback riding, or having your mother’s smile, everyone has something.
*note:im not saying if you HAVE slender model-esque legs they can’t also be strong, I’ve met many a runner with tiny legs that could kick my ass X) mine just happen to be thick from running.

Honestly i’m not one of those people who run to lose weight. I run because it’s the one thing i can control in my life, it lets me be free and helps me escape from all the problems. As for stopping running, i don’t think i ever will because it’s my passion and i’ll stick to it until the very end.

After completeing a race i had been preparing months for, I become kind of complacent about my training. So to get back into a proper routine, i came up with this shedule. Hopefully some of you will be able to find it useful lol
